Letting the Clay talk

Since the 1970's George's Career as a Ceramic Artist and tutor has spanned decades working throughout New Zealand in many capacities within the Ceramics world. In recent years, George has based himself in Turangi partly to persue his other great love, fly fishing for trout. A master of hand built and wheel thrown works, George still daily seeks to push the boundaries of his chosen medium challenging himself to become even more in tune with the Clay allowing the medium to reveal itself on a more intimate level. George would never describe himself as a master he would always describe himself as an eternal student of the Art His work though speaks for itself……
